What is a Virus?
A virus is defined as a piece of code that can copy itself and typically has a detrimental effect on the device that it is on.
Some of these effects include stealing and corrupting files, taking control of a device without the user’s permission, and damaging software or even hardware of the device.
Contrary to popular belief, viruses can be caught on almost any device, not just computers.
What we do
We use a combination of our experience with security technology to seek out, identify and remove the virus from your device, whilst minimising any damages that may have occurred.
How to prevent a virus
After the virus is removed, we can offer to educate you on the steps you can take to help prevent it from happening again.
We can also suggest and offer a license for an antivirus, to help in the case of a virus risk.
